Who we are
The AI Bridge Ltd ("we", "us") runs this website, theaibridge.co.uk. We are a company registered in England and Wales, company number 16537317. Our registered office is 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ.
We are the data controller for personal information collected through this site. For anything in this policy, email sales@theaibridge.co.uk.
What we collect and why
Enquiries. When you use the enquiry form we collect your name, email address, company name (if you give it) and your message. We use these to reply to you and for nothing else. The form is delivered to our inbox by Resend, an email delivery service acting on our instructions. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests: responding to a question you asked us.
Job applications. When you apply for a role we collect your name, email address, the link to your work and any message you add. We use these to consider your application and to contact you about it. The form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a person and not a bot is submitting it, and delivered to our inbox by Resend. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests: assessing candidates for a role we have advertised. We keep unsuccessful applications for up to twelve months in case a similar role opens, then delete them.
Bookings. The booking page uses Google Calendar's appointment scheduling. The details you enter there (your name, email and anything you add to the booking) are processed by Google and shared with us so we can hold the call. Google's own privacy policy applies to the embedded calendar.
Email and phone. If you contact us directly we keep the correspondence for as long as we need it to deal with the matter and to keep sensible business records.
Analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used: pages visited, approximate location, and device and browser type. Google Analytics sets cookies to do this. We look at aggregated reports and do not use analytics data to identify individuals.
What we do not do
We do not sell personal information, and we do not add you to a marketing list because you sent us a question or booked a call.
Who we share it with
The service providers that run this site: Vercel (hosting and server logs), Resend (delivery of form enquiries and job applications), Cloudflare (bot protection on the application form) and Google (analytics and the booking calendar). Some of these providers process data in the United States, relying on the UK extension to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or other safeguards approved for UK use.
We may also disclose information where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Enquiry and client correspondence is kept for as long as the relationship lasts, plus up to six years where we need it for business and tax records. Analytics data is held within Google Analytics under its standard retention settings.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, or ask for it in a portable format. Email sales@theaibridge.co.uk and we will respond within a month.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Cookies
Cookies on this site come from Google Analytics, the embedded Google booking calendar, and Cloudflare Turnstile on the job application form. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings and the site will still work.
Changes to this policy
If our practices change we will update this page and revise the date at the top.
